Since my Bronica seems to have a light leak, I knew my roll of Astia 100F would have nasty black bars all over it.
I developed the Astia (E-6 Color Reversal Film) in Ilfosol 3 for about 10 minutes, and then fixed it my a Kodak fixer. The negatives turned out interesting, and my Ilfosol turned a blood red.
They were extremely dense (and black and white of course), which I expected from looking at examples that other people have done. After a little PS work, they didn’t look too bad, and gave it an interesting look. Also the green-magenta-yellow tone was pretty unexpected.
Oh, and it had almost no black bars from light leaks…
