Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. And the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics. You are all stardust. You couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded. Because the elements, the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, all the things that matter for evolution weren’t created at the beginning of time. They were created in the nuclear furnaces of stars. And the only way they could get into your body is if the stars were kind enough to explode. So forget Jesus. The stars died so you could be here today.

To those of you who thought stopping SOPA/PIPA was the end..
Well guess fucking what, its not. Go look up ACTA and educate yourselves. The internet is what it is today from sites like Tumblr where we share images, quotes, etc with each other. Well guess what, know that cool photo of that kitten you just posted. Well you didn’t take that photo, so with ACTA, your ISP could shut off your access to the internet, share too many of those photos, have fun in jail.
Why solve problems when you can divert them
- the world: hey man we've got some really serious problems like global warming and mass economic failure and riots and genocide and aids and cancer and your healthcare system is shit so maybe we should get to work
- us government: sit down i have to stop people from sharing things online
